Our Mission at Ploutos
The mission at its purest form is to build a new kind of place, a new world on the internet filled with joy and abundance. When people step into this world, it distracts them from reality in a good way. It is like a movie or an orchestra, where it transports you somewhere else, you feel it in your bones. That somewhere in the case of Ploutos is a place to learn, a place to teach, a place to socialize and a place to make a living. Sounds crazy? Great! We are on the right track.

Our Core Principles
We are a different kind of company. Most companies do things, build products and services based on the idea or question that how many people will use this product or what problems are we solving? While those are good questions, we at Ploutos do things and build stuff not caring about how many people will use it but rather focusing on whether the product or the feature is truly joyful, whether the feature will bring a smile on someone’s face or will it connect with people’s heart or make them feel happy and amazing. We are more like musicians. Amazing artists don’t write and sing melodies thinking how many people will listen and like it but does it feel magical and does it strum the strings of their own heart because if it does, then it will for millions.

We think of ourselves as divine servants—we are here to serve. The greatest kings and leaders in history did not act from a place of ego but from a place of surrender, service, and a commitment to something greater than themselves.
Our Team
We are an experienced and a mission-driven team of engineers, designers and scientists with deep technical backgrounds from MIT, Caltech, CMU and others global universities.
